What is coaching?

Life coaching is a highly tuned and powerful process of communication and problem solving. The relationship between my clients and I is confidential, co-creative and focused entirely on your interests, challenges and goals.

As your coach, I will provide you with a support system that includes myself as an accountability partner, truthful dialogue, and new perspectives - all designed to create big shifts in thinking. This will create forward movement toward your goals. Coaching with me is all about you!


Why should one work with a coach?

Coaching is an investment in oneself. Anyone can benefit from it if they choose it for themselves. When a client enrolls with me, they value themselves enough to invest in a process that will help them become who they want to be, more quickly.

How does coaching work?

My coaching sessions are 45 minutes long and are conducted over the phone. I will call you, so no need to worry about the additional cost of long-distance phone charges. As the client, you set the agenda for each session. We will then work together to address the issues and concerns that are most important to you. After each session, you will walk away with more clarity, focus and confidence. Action steps will be offered as "homework" and will help with your progress between sessions. Coaching is a process and you will begin to see changes after our first meeting, but to refine and make permanent the goals that we will be working on, you should expect to commit to a minimum of 4-8 sessions (2-4 months).


Expectations of my clients -

  • Honesty at all times
  • I will always encourage and expect my clients to be themselves, to expand beyond their limitations, and to become stronger, more alive human beings.
  • I expect my clients to put their best foot forward and do their due diligence as we co-create together in our sessions.
  • I also expect the same committment on the work (action steps) that are to be done "in-between" sessions. 
  • I will expect you to give me feedback in the moment about your coaching experience - what works, as well as what doesn't.


What you should expect of me - 

  • I will always listen intently and ask you questions that will help you gain clarity around how to get where you want to go.
  • I will always create a safe, confidential place for you to explore, learn and be yourself.
  • I will always be a supportive and encouraging voice for you as we co-create and focus on your challenges and goals.
  • I will hold you accountable to make sure you live up to your full potential.
  • I will always be honest, straight-forward and direct.
  • I will help you design and create the strategies and action steps for you to work on in-between sessions.
