An Introduction to Balance
This workshop is designed to help the attendee gain self-awareness. Self-awareness is the first step to finding balance in one’s life, which in turn is the springboard to tapping into our individual greatness and fulfilling the goals and dreams that are just waiting to be released.
This workshop covers all the facets of balance, including why we struggle with it, how to find it, and tips for staying in balance. It is a journey into self-exploration done in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way. Unleash Your Dreams!
This workshop is designed to help attendees gain a foothold into their own personal goals and dreams—and give them the tools to bring them to fruition. Every one of us has goals and dreams that currently lie dormant, just waiting to be released. The participants learn how to initiate action toward their goals and dreams and identify areas that might be holding them back, as well as learn tools for breaking through and making their dreams a reality.
In this program, Brian shares many inspiring stories of how he overcame his own fears and perceived inabilities, to tap into his “inner greatness” and live out his goals and dreams. It is a feel-good, inspirational, and energized trip into learning about oneself, identifying dreams, and making them come true!
