Having a bit of trouble finding ways to get motivated?  Don’t worry; it happens to all of us. Take a look at this handy list and implement its suggestions…you will be back on track in no time!

-Watch an inspirational show or movie – Need a quick pick-me-up? Turn on or pick up a copy of a favorite movie or show that inspires you. This is a guaranteed fix to get you feeling upbeat, inspired and motivated!

-Listen to music – Another great way to feel more motivated and change your attitude is by listening to music that inspires you.

-Get more sleep – Are you getting enough sleep? Getting more sleep will give you more energy; make you more productive and probably a much happier, motivated person!

-Go exercise – Need a little more energy throughout the day? Want to lose a few unwanted pounds?  Want to think more clearly and be more productive? Want to feel better about yourself and have more motivation? The answer is easy, get some exercise!

-Hang out with positive people – If you strive to be happy, inspired and motivated, like most of us do, you will also want to associate with people who aspire to the same goals.

-Try something new (take a chance) – If you are feeling unmotivated and going through the motions…the best way to snap out of your rut is to try something new! We aren’t meant to be stagnant. We were put here to learn, have fun and grow. The world is your seriously your oyster!

-Eat better, eat less – Eat better, eat less….just like it sounds. What have you got to gain if you follow this mantra? More energy, motivation, a body that runs more efficiently, a longer life, higher self esteem and clothes that fit better, just to name a few. What’s not to like about that!

-Laugh – Have you ever had one of those days where nothing seemed to be going right and then all of a sudden you saw or heard something really funny that just totally turned your attitude around because you started to laugh? We all have. Laughter really is the best medicine.

-Take a trip (get away) – Shake things up…get out of Dodge…even if it is just for the afternoon. It will replenish you.

-Clean house – How do you feel when you get home from work and notice your house or apartment is dirty or out of sorts? It feels heavy, right? Get rid of that burdensome feeling by tidying up and cleaning house. What might take only a short time will make a huge difference in your attitude and, more importantly, will free up your mind and let you truly relax and feel motivated for your next adventure

There you go…10 new ways to get the bounce back in your step and find the motivation to be the REAL you!  Enjoy the process, keep an open mind and always expect the best. You deserve it!
