“Be Yourself to Free Yourself” Coaching

My goal is to help you rest comfortably in your own skin. That is when life gets really fun!
Co-Creative
I believe that the relationship between a coach and client is Co-Creative. This means that we are equals and we both have an active role in the work. I am not a therapist, counselor, or consultant. I am a trained coach using honed intuitive and proven communication skills to support you as an engaged, and yet personally detached, thinking partner. Together, we create more awareness and potential for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your goals.
My Role
I will listen closely to you, respond to what I hear and ask questions. If I hear something in your voice or language that sparks an intuitive thought, I’m likely to ask you about it. Often, it is the small moments that bring about the BIG shifts. If I’m not on target, just tell me. I’m not attached to being right. However, I am devoted to working together to create profound and lasting success in your life. I ask clients to stretch themselves, deepen the work done in the sessions by writing, taking action, resolving relationships or working on things that feel incomplete. You are always free to negotiate, accept, or decline.
Your Role
Please take time before each session to complete and email the Session Prep Questions I will provide to you by email (it’s part of the welcome packet). You will utilize this as a template to create a new email for your responses every week. The most crucial part is for you to name what you’d like to take away from the session. This is called the “Client Agenda” and will be personal to you.
- Arrive to every session on time.
- Come to your session centered and ready to engage.
- Give feedback in the moment about your coaching experience—what works, as well as what does not.
